- from 8.45am to 9.00am
- from9.45am to 10.00am
- from 10.45am to 11.00am
- from11.45am to 2.00pm
- from 2.45pm to 3.00pm
- from 3.45pm to 4.00pm
- from 4.45pm to 5.00pm
- from 5.45pm to 8.00am

SUGGESTED TIME BANDS
- from 11.45am to 2.00pm
- from 5.45pm to 8.00am
- from Saturday at 5.45pm to Monday at 8.00am
